How do I get music to play from a USB on my Radio & Music Player?

What USB shall I use?

Please choose a standard USB version 2.0 or version 3.0, with a maximum of 64GB. This will hold over on average over 10,000 songs. USB’s over 64GB will not be supported with this Radio

The preset stations on my radio keep storing the same station, can you help?

When you wish to navigate to the different pre-sets, press only briefly and it will change. If you press and hold for longer than 8 seconds, it will store the station you are listening to. Full details on setting the stations can be found in the manu

Is the Radio DAB+ compatible?

The radio is equipped with DAB+ technology. Even though the display indicates DAB, it will play DAB+ stations as they use the same frequency band.

Does the Radio come with an adapter?

The radio includes a standard mains adapter compatible with your country's power outlets. It can also operate on 4 x Size D batteries (not included).
